1. Dallas RFC Travels to Austin
The Men of Dallas travel down to Austin to participate in the TRU Division 1 B Side Championship. Confused! It is our second side playing in Division 1 – never mind. Hopefully they can make a season ending run at a trophy and save a lack luster season.
Meeting 8:00 AM Saturday at Denny’s on Meadow and 75
Please be prepared to stay in Austin Saturday night if necessary.

3. Glyn Heatly’s Bachelor Party
As many of you are aware, former self proclaimed DRFC playing legend & current assistant coach Glyn Heatley, gets married this upcoming May to a young Irish beauty (Trish Egan), in Ireland. Given the current plight of English rugby, the marriage is being regarded as a great strategic alignment by English rugby supporters. Irish supporters are less enthusiastic, but have accepted love tends to be blind, irrespective of the likely dilution of their rugby DNA talent.
Anyway, after much procrastination, it has been decided to celebrate Glyn’s bachelor weekend in Las Vegas on the weekend of 22 April. Another former DRFC stalwart, Alfie Hunter will be hosting, and has appointed himself in charge of entertainment. Glyn would like this to be an open invite, so if anyone thinks they would like to attend, let John Kasper (jakas@swbell.net) or Ben Peters (bpeters@Technisource.Com ) know as soon as you can, so we can sort the accommodation out. Alfie says, remember Vegas is only expensive if you lose!
Hope some of you guys can get there.
