First Annual Rugby Turkey Shoot

All DFW area Rugby clubs are invited to compete against one another in a round-robin format paintball tournament on Sunday, November 19, 2006. Proceeds will go to support Children’s Kidney Research. We are planning to get teams representing Club, University and U-19 level of play.

Time: Sign-in @ 12:30, games from 1:30 - 5:30

Cost: $20pp gets you a gun (semi-auto), safety mask, and CO2 for the day. Paint is $55/case of 2000 balls.
Rules:
• To keep the event ‘fair’ only rental markets will be allowed.
• All participants are required to sign a liability waiver (can be downloaded from the website above) – if the participant is under 18, they will be required to have a parent or guardian sign the form.
• Game specific rules will be handed out on the day of the tournament – and don’t worry, we will add some rugby specific additions.
A trophy will be awarded to the the champion of the First Annual Rugby Turkey Shoot (F.A.R.T.S.) tournament.
Reservations and a $10 deposit are required to hold your place.
Call Official Paintball now to reserve a space for your team @ 972-203-0014. When you make your reservation, you must tell them that you are signing up for the Rugby Club tournament. Along with your deposit, give them your name, and the name of your RFC team.
You will need 12 people for a full team but feel free to sign up by yourself or with a smaller group as there will be plenty of opportunity to hop on to a side. The objective is to have some fun, tighten the area rugby community, and raise some money for a good cause.
