1. Golf Tournament
The Golf Tournament will be held at Waterview Golf Course in Rowlett on Saturday Sept. 29. Shotgun start at 1pm so be there around noon to get registered and gift bag. Catered BBQ lunch, and 6 beer tickets per player.
$80 per person, we have room for 144 players. This is open to friends and family so feel free to invite neighbors or co-workers. If you sign up 3 non Dallas RFC members you can play for $30.
Prizes: Longest drive, best men’s put, best woman’s put, closest to the line drive - $1,000 worth of clubs will be given away.
Raffle/Auction items: Clubs, golf bags, $2,000 golf membership to Waterview, dozens of free rounds of golf, and much more, plus plenty of free bees.
Sponsorship opportunities: $50 buys you sponsorship for a hole – we will put a sign up with your logo or “message” at the tee. We still have 15 holes open so please respond ASAP.
The after party will be at the Barley House on Yale - free beer from our new sponsor, Sam Adams.

Also, I have a flyer available, let me know if you need one to put up at your local gym or workplace, 2 MEG file so I didn’t want to send it out to everyone.

2. We will be orderring kit bags in two weeks, Fil will be taking orders, last day to get your order in will be at the golf outing. Your order will not be placed without $60 up front payment.

3. Player Profiles on website

4. Casino Night Fundraiser – Mark your calendars
It’s going to be held the evening of 11/17 at the Addison Convention Center . Further details will be available closer to the start of the season, however right now we are looking to start lining up sponsors for the event. Anyone with contacts for prizes for the raffle and/or items for the silent auction should contact me. Additionally we will be offering table and bar sponsorships as applicable. Don’t forget that all donations are tax deductible.
